Our 2020 Gender Pay Gap Report
Gender pay gap reporting requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.
This Gender pay gap report is based on data as at 5th April 2020. Whilst at this date Hillarys employed 1681 staff with 41% (691) being male and 59% (990) being female, for the gender pay gap we were only able to report on 127 members of staff (being those staff not on furlough at that date), with 51% (65) male and 49% female (62).
The bonus pay gap is based on all staff receiving a bonus in the 2019 tax year.
