How to clean Day and Night blinds

The simplest way to clean a Day and Night blind is to gently wipe the surface of the blind with a lint free cloth or feather duster.

Unlike a Roller blind where only the front surface of the fabric is visible, Day and Night blinds consist of two layers of delicate fabric that are revealed in sections, depending whether your blind is open or closed.

To make sure the entire shade is cleaned, dust the first section at the front of the blind at the bottom, and then the back at the top. Then turn the sidewinder control to reveal the next section and repeat this process until you have completed a full rotation of the blind.

For tougher marks and stains, you can use a damp sponge or cloth dipped in lukewarm water.

Make sure you squeeze any excess water from the sponge and wipe gently so you don't damage the delicate structure of the material.

Once the stain has lifted, keep your blind fully extended so it can dry naturally before pulling it all the way up.
