Alessio Darkness

Darkness by name, but certainly not by nature. The Alessio Darkness Vertical blind is the polar opposite of its name and instead provides a cool and refreshing effect to the rooms that welcome it. Finished in a marble print, consisting of whites, creams and greys, this is a neutral blind with a modern twist. It can draw contemporary themes to any setting, which includes kitchens and bathrooms due to the rigid PVC wipe-clean slats. The composition of the Alessio Darkness Vertical blind means that it is never going to allow swathes of light into a room when fully closed. However, a turn of an operating cord can allow streams in, and see it rebound between each louvre and open up even the darkest of rooms. Perhaps this is where the Darkness element of its name is derived from.

The louvres of your blind can be simply wiped down with a clean, damp cloth to keep them looking spotless. Stubborn stains should be treated with a specialist stain remover, following the manufacturer’s instructions. To clean the headrail, unclip the louvres and wipe the rail with a clean, damp cloth and replace the louvres.

Our standard chain operated Vertical blinds include a safety hook fitted to an adjacent wall which chains and cords are hooked through to keep taut and out of reach of children Sloping Vertical blinds are fitted with a safety hook and a tension spring. The tension spring keeps the cords under constant tension, keeping them fully taut at all times.
