Bailey Sand

A Roman blind in Bailey Sands brings colour and texture to your window. The heavy weave to the Bailey fabric works really well with this colour, the graining effect almost recreating the right texture, which is of course reinforced by the colour. A mustard-yellow that’s not too deep you can almost feel the grains of sand under your fingers when you touch it. Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.
