Diva Golden

Fill your window with a golden hue from a Roman blind in Diva Golden. It’s a lovely shade of the colour, edging darker than light so not brash or brassy and it makes a great background colour for the large-scale pattern that rushes across the whole length and breadth of the fabric. Off-white leaves and flowers are scattered in a random pattern, overlapping each other, some in full, some paired with the background gold. The trick that stops this being overly busy is the detailing on the largest designs, which also uses the same gold from the background, along with a soft brown to outline the foliage. There’s a lot of warmth to Diva Golden, so it’s an ideal choice if you have a neutral room that’s feeling a touch cold.

Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.
