Flourish Nightshadow

Black isn’t the most popular colour for interior fabrics, but we think a Roman blind in Flourish Night Shadow may well change that trend. True, the black is in relatively small touches in the blind overall, but it makes its presence known nonetheless, the broken bands of the Flourish pattern running vertically down the blind in a striking impact. Grey scrubs over the top of the cream background in between the black bands and the heavy weave adds a lot of texture. Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.
