Gentle bands of colour come to the fore in these Roman blinds in Flourish Sage. It’s a great balance between pattern and colour in this fabric, and the green feature colour is so well balanced, not too deep but not full of yellow either, and just deep enough to have a little warmth in it. Stripes are always interesting on a Roman blind, but they often distort at the folds when raised, but the design here means that won’t be an issue, not being a solid line, There’s enough of the cream background visible in between the bands to give a gentle hazy look to this versatile choice that we think will look amazing in a relaxing spa bathroom surrounded by leafy ferns and fluffy sage towels.

Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.
