Flourish Taupe

With a Roman blind in Flourish Taupe you can bring a range of shades into play without changing your neutral look. The colours keep quite close together in hue – the feature colour being taupe as you’d expect, but there’s other shades there too, antique bronze, a soft brass and a beige so pale it’s almost cream that sits underneath it all. Because of the break in the lines you won’t lose any of that pattern when the blind is raised into folds like you do with some patterns, so don’t feel it needs to be lowered all the time to look good.

Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.
