With a Roman blind in Maud Ruby at your window you’ll enjoy colour, pattern and texture all rolled into one fantastic fabric. It’s hard to say which has the most impact – colour or pattern – it’s really 50/50 with this fabric, because the ruby red both on the top layer of threads and the slightly paler version beneath will definitely catch the eye, but so too will the pattern of meandering lines that weave from top to bottom in an easy style. There’s a velvety texture too that adds another special touch to what we think is going to be a really popular range, whether you use it on its own or teamed with curtains.

This is our promise to you that you’re investing in a quality product that’s made to the highest specifications. As part of your warranty we will repair or replace any faulty goods free of charge.

Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.
