Spectrum Natural Taupe

A classic combination of grey versus brown, the Spectrum Natural Taupe Venetian blind brings warm tints in a matt finish. With the aluminium slats tilted open and glistening in the sunshine, more prestigious golden tones are unearthed which can further the wow-factor that this blind has. On the whole, this is a blind for neutral decors though. It can add a little oomph to an existing beige decor scheme, or it can combine with other greys and browns and draw the two shades out of the material. It is a blind that will look the part amongst traditional interiors, particularly if they are already utilising metallic design features.

Venetian blinds can be wiped down with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Lower the blind and turn the slats downwards until they are flat. Then, starting from the top, gently wipe the slats gently from middle to edge. Sticky or stubborn marks can be cleaned with water and a mild detergent using a non-abrasive brush or sponge.

Metal Venetian blinds are operated using multiple cords, so we incorporate a number of child safety devices. Metal Venetian blinds are fitted with a breakaway safety tassel. This groups together multiple cords and will breakaway if any reasonable force is placed on it. In addition, inner cord stops are fitted to the operating cords to stop a loop being created should any reasonable weight be placed on the inner cords of the blind. Finally safety cleat(s) will be fitted to an adjacent wall for all Venetian blinds. Cords should be wound around the cleat at all times to keep them tidy and out of reach of children.
