For an ice-cold touch to a room, consider the Studio Polar Venetian blind. This aluminium blind is finished in an icy white matte effect, which can i ediately draw sophisticated and chic sensations to a room. Studio Polar is suited to those neutral interiors that are already making the most of the cool shades of white, grey and cream. It is also an excellent contender for a small room, with light being able to criss-cross between each metal slat and deliver a cutting illusion of spaciousness. Venetian blinds can be wiped down with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Lower the blind and turn the slats downwards until they are flat. Then, starting from the top, gently wipe the slats gently from middle to edge. Sticky or stubborn marks can be cleaned with water and a mild detergent using a non-abrasive brush or sponge.

Metal Venetian blinds are operated using multiple cords, so we incorporate a number of child safety devices. Metal Venetian blinds are fitted with a breakaway safety tassel. This groups together multiple cords and will breakaway if any reasonable force is placed on it. In addition, inner cord stops are fitted to the operating cords to stop a loop being created should any reasonable weight be placed on the inner cords of the blind. Finally safety cleat(s) will be fitted to an adjacent wall for all Venetian blinds. Cords should be wound around the cleat at all times to keep them tidy and out of reach of children.
