Product Details

Bring both colour and texture into your room with a Sulby Chalk Roman blind. You’d be forgiven for thinking it was white from the name, and there is indeed a good chunk of creamy white to this, but it’s mixed with a pinky-mauve that’s on-trend in both colour and style. It’s a boucle fabric more often seen in clothes or soft furnishings but now beginning to make a name for itself in window dressings and we’re loving this addition to our Abigail Ahern collection. Soft to the touch but with a rough visual texture it’s full of the sensorial theme of the range, yet still dusky and just a little bit delicate too.

Quality is something we take very seriously here at Hillarys. All our products are rigorously tested to ensure they are made to the best standards and look and fit exactly as they should. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Roman blinds, so we offer a full 12-month warranty as assurance that our products will stand the test of time. This is our promise to you that you’re investing in a quality product that’s made to the highest specifications. As part of your warranty we will repair or replace any faulty goods free of charge.

Cleaning Tips

Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

Child Safety

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.
