Ogee may sound like an abbreviation in text speak but its actually the pattern that features in the Tranquil range of our Calm Living collection. It’s a centuries old design that you might recognise as it was popular in carpets and as mosaics and we think it works really well with the ethos of the collection, as the softly undulating lines form a repetitive pattern that’s very soothing, Tranquil Marine is the green colourway in this range, and it’s a mix of mid and dark tones that create a warm feel. The jacquard weave adds a sheen too that just adds to the whole luxurious and relaxing look.

This is our promise to you that you’re investing in a quality product that’s made to the highest specifications. As part of your warranty we will repair or replace any faulty goods free of charge.

Using the upholstery attachment, gently vacuum your Roman blinds. Work in a downwards motion from top to bottom, paying particular attention to the bottom and side edges, where dust may gather. Stains can be spot treated with a clean, damp cloth or a specialist stain remover. Do not machine wash your Roman blinds – many of our fabrics are dry clean only.

All Hillarys products conform to European safety legislation. When you buy a Roman bind, your Hillarys fitter will also install a discreet little cleat or hook for the cord to wrap around, so there are no loose cords. These are fitted at a minimum height of 1.5m above the floor. Having a safety device is a legal requirement even in homes without children. If you move home and leave your blinds you have an obligation to make sure they are legally safe.
